Sales Coordinator

A great company in heavy equipment is looking for someone to assist the sales director. If you are responsible, a people-person and have great analytical skills, our client is waiting for you!

 

In the sales and service department, you will have to:

  • Extract and compile data and main sales numbers, weekly.
  • Create and analyze different reports concerning sales representatives’ performance indicators (KPI) and hand them to managers.
  • Prepare, update and distribute sale tools.
  • Update data bases about clients and equipment.
  • Do active research for solutions to improve report efficiency. Do a lot of research to see market trends.
  • Create Powerpoint presentations for periodic meetings.
  • Help 1 to 2 times a year the sales department meetings.
  • Be the common person for the sales and service department, and the other departments.
  • Follow-up on sales representatives’ files concerning their growth.
  • Do other administrative tasks needed.

Schedule: 8am to 5pm or 7:30am to 4:30pm / 40 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Diploma of college studies in administration or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (coordinating sales/administration).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (advanced in Excel, intermediate in Powerpoint).
  • Mandatory bilingualism (A lot of oral and written communication across Canada).
