The role of the software application specialist is to understand, master, document, test, and provide technical and functional support to all business partners, on one (or more) predefined aspect (s) of Loc SMS application. The employee will have to use his analysis skills, communication and technical experience in order to share his impressions of said (or said) module (s) with Loc developers. The employee will become the person of reference for questions related to specific modules under its responsibility.

Main responsibilities

• Respond to General questions of business partners on the various interfaces developed by the programming team;

• Make sure to get a detailed description of problems encountered by the partners and record information via Loc ticket platform;

• Analyze technical problems and effectively communicate problems to development departments.

• Perform a series of tests and checks on the assigned modules of the product to ensure quality before delivery;

• Documenting the various aspects of this (these) interfaces for the purpose of controls, training and references;

• Ensure timely follow-up with partners according to the State of their status.

Qualifications sought


  • FAC or DEC in computer science or relevant experience;
  • Experience in customer service and technical assistance;
  • Retail market Experience;
  • Jurisdiction to assess and solve technical problems of software applications;
  • Fluently bilingual, English-speaking customers.
