Inside Sales Coordinator

This is a Full-time position in Laval, QC posted August 31, 2018.

Camfil Power Systems is a leading supplier of airfiltrationandacoustic treatment systemsforgas turbineswith its headquarters for the Americas in Laval.

We conduct a lot of research to ensure we make the highest quality products to serve our clients’ needs as best as possible. You will learn about air filtration through in-house testing, training sessions, and hands-on experience. You will also gain exposure to the latest business innovations and will be able to quickly and clearly see the impact of your work.

Your primary function would consist of the following activities:

Maintain all internal reports:

  • Quotations, numerical per customer and salesmen’s logs
  • Order tracking
  • Review Daily Billing reports – USA shipments/ invoices
  • Send samples out to customers, sales rep including literature
  • Handle all incoming calls/outgoing (customers and distributors misc.) in the office
  • Handle all salesmen requests – pricing, lead-time, freight, stock, equivalents, client requests/suppliers/follow-ups weights and dims etc., required to complete tasks.
  • Handle testing requests
  • Approval of all AM invoices from freight, customs, misc, internal invoices from sister companies, outside companies etc
  • Delinquent accounts, payment issues, account and vendor establishments, any and all questions related to customers’ accounts, contact info, AR/AP etc.

Customer Quotations/Obtain costs :

  • Process, record, and entry of all orders
  • Purchasing of all non-stock and stock item
  • Follow-Ups with customers/suppliers Freight (rates) obtain and book trucks, LTC, Ocean, and Air shipments
  • Shipments to and from Canada, USA and out of country orders
  • Prepare custom documents/paperwork for individual orders
  • Reception of goods


  • Purchased, obtained rates and booked containers
  • Maintained inventory in warehouses

Administrative tasks:

  • Order Entry Quoting of Customers/Obtaining costs suppliers/intercompany
  • Send Samples to Customers

Skills Required

  • Education level: University
