So we have your attention? Here is the role description:

As a Sales Development Professional, you will be joining a high-performing team of quota-carrying Business Development Managers required to sell k-eCommerce solutions directly to end users, or in collaboration with our network of strategic channel partners and value-added resellers.

The successful incumbent will be comfortable cold calling, cold emailing & engaging via social media to promote our solutions through campaigns, thought leadership, events, etc.

It is important that you have a basic understanding of e-commerce and web engagement solutions. If you like to hunt, are energetic, tech savvy, motivated and creative, this position will challenge and enhance your skillset.

And the more detailed responsibilities:

Working with CRO, Marketing and Business Development Managers to understand named/ assigned partners’ sales coverage, with a goal to identify any white space (practices, regions, individual contributors, etc.) within those accounts, and formulate strategies to expand footprint.

With the guidance of Business Development Managers, relentlessly develop and communicate with new contacts within our network of named partners, with a view to develop relationships, educate consultants, and seek new end user opportunities.

Out-bound email and calling to existing customer base to seek referrals and introductions.

When required, out-bound email and cold-calling into targeted new partner/ end-user lists.

Qualify incoming leads to uncover qualified opportunities before passing those along to Business Development Managers

Manage multiple sources of leads such as inbound calls, web chats, web forms, referrals, trade shows, etc.

Meet monthly leads and qualified opportunities targets, and activity requirements.

Create a positive first impression for partners and end-users.

1-year B2B sales experience, preferably selling technology-based solutions

Customer Service oriented and outstanding business communications skills

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (an asset)

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Business One ecosystems (an asset)

Bachelor’s College Degree (a strong preference)

Proficient with Microsoft Office and understanding of CRM platforms
