Name and description of the hiring department:

The Associate Computer support will be responsible for the overall programming and maintenance of Blueprints (BPI), in both English and French. The Associate will be responsible to test, troubleshoot and fix the BPI application according to process changes supporting business needs. The associate will be responsible for editing an updating of the Visio process flows for input into BPI. The Associate will perform revisions and verification of the content and manage elements in various BPI tools.

Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  • Programming of processes in Blueprints Infinite (BPI)
  • Edit and update process flows in visio and BPI
  • Create, Edit and update Visio designs
  • Test, Troubleshoot and Fix BPI application end-to-end process using testing tools
  • Enter Content in BPI (e.g. In-Step Content, Need Help, Categorization, etc.)
  • Gather content missing data and environment files
  • Provide English and French process information in BPI content

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

  • English, fluent in the language with no significant limitation
  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • Good knowledge of HTML
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking ability, capacity to work with frequent interruption
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to plan ahead, built and respect short timelines
  • Ability to support, guide and advise partners on documentation and communication quality standards
  • Gather content missing data and environment files
