Contract / Clients relations coordinator


This is a Full-time position in Laval, QC posted September 11, 2018.

A manufacturing company located on the north shore of Montreal, whose management practices and reputation are recognized throughout Canada and abroad, are looking for a contract / clients relations coordinator.

This key position within the company is responsible for a range of customer accounts and is the main link between the customer and the Laval plant.

The typical tasks are and are not limited to:

  • Revises all contracts and maintains all purchase orders of the client
  • Traces and solve all client’s issues;
  • Ensures all follow ups of all actions taken between the client and the internal departments;
  • Is the principal link between manufacturing and update delivery dates; if required;
  • Coordinates clients visit
  • Assist in the process of the forecast and budget;
  • Participate in receivables balances issues
  • Prepares and supplies cost models and detailed programs in support of the propositions and negotiations with the client.
  • Negotiates commercials questions that may arise within the normal course of the schedules; design modifications with cost impacts.


  • College degree in technical aerospace engineering; Transformation or mechanical engineering; Or any other college training related to the position.
  • Office suite (advanced level – excel);
  • Must be bilingual
  • Experience in manufacturing industries would be particularly desirable, as well as knowledge of project management.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent negotiating skills, has a positive attitude and must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
