We are looking for a financial controller for a growing insurance firm located in Laval:
Your tasks to perform:
– Supervise the team of 4 technicians
– Perform/supervise the complete accounting cycle
– Participate in the budget process
– Carry out month/year ends
– Evaluate procedures and processes in order to make improvements.
– Prepare reports and perform analysis for the management committee and senior management
– Other tasks related to accounting
The ideal profile for the position:
– Hold a CPA designation (a strong asset)
– 5-7 years of experience in accounting
– Mastery of Excel
– Work in a growing environment
– A policy of 2-3 days of remote work
– A salary of 85k to 95k with a potential bonus
