WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK?

  • Preparation of purchase invoices
  • Preparation of administrative invoices
  • Accounting of invoices in the books
  • Preparation of payment

  • Bilingualism (asset)
  • Computer literate and able to work with Microsoft, Outlook and Excel
  • Strong aptitude for customer service
  • Team player
  • Ability to make decisions and have good judgment
  • Organized, rigorous and autonomous
  • Enjoy working with numbers
