Your role consists of: Answering and transferring telephone calls.

Laying out documents on MS Office.

Modifying documents and contracts.

Filling out registration forms.

Opening, updating and closing files.

Preparing and crating customer files for the office coordinator.

Entering data, classifying, photocopying and scanning documents.

Carrying out any other clerical tasks.
