Job Description We are currently searching for an Administrative Assistant.

Successful candidates will have excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite and G Suite.

Your main duties will be to provide support to the manager and employees.Responsibilities:Prepare and monitor invoicesOrganize and schedule jobsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsUpdate and maintain office policies and proceduresSubmit and reconcile expense reportsCreation and maintenance of office management systems and proceduresDealing with email and telephone inquiriesCreation of contracts, letters, and reportsOrganise travel arrangements for manager and staffReceive, sort and distribute the mailAssist manager when is requiredCompetencies:Computer savvyNumber skillsTime management skills and the ability to prioritize workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskAttention to detail and creative problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of office equipment
