This is a Full-time position in Laval, QC posted November 6, 2019.

Our recruitment firm is mandated by a major insurance brokerage firm in Laval to find an administrative assistant to fill a permanent position.

The person’s main responsibilities will be to Welcome visitors; Answering calls; Prepare letters, tables, forms, envelopes, etc; Perform document management (scanning, photocopying and filing); Prepare, update and monitor customer files on pricing; Make orders for medical examinations; Carry out requests and follow-ups with insurers; Update, order and inventory insurance forms; Perform all other related tasks.

Start date: As soon as possible Salary: Between $18/h and $21/h depending on experience Schedule: DAY Languages: French and English functional Employment requirements: Experience in administrative support Essential Mastery of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent knowledge of French, both oral and written Essential Functional English Essential Experience in life and health insurance Asset Required profile: Easy to learn; Organizational skills; Autonomous and resourceful; Attention to detail; Interpersonal relations Anyone interested?
