Office Clerk

This is a Contract position in Laval, QC posted November 20, 2022.

The company specializes in selling and distributing export/import across Canada! It is looking for a hard-working, committed and welcoming person to fill a key office clerk position for their office in Laval.

Reporting to the president, this person will have to work in a team with different people of contact to process different requests from suppliers.

Administrative tasks:

  • Answer and transfer supplier calls to the right department.
  • Enter orders received from suppliers into the system.
  • File emails and files.
  • Take appointments for representatives.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.
