Schedule: 30-37.5hrs/weekStartDate: July 19, 2021Salary: based on experience, between $15.00-22.00/hourEmployment Status: temporary with possibility of permanence after 3-month probationary period Environment: family-run and casual, but professional & high-pacedThe ideal candidate will be managing multiple responsibilities and assisting with the running of the office and operations of our food manufacturing business.This is a varied role encompassing all aspects of office work and project support, including administrative tasks directly related to food manufacturing including, but not limited to:Document control and project supportManaging production processes and completing a variety of reportsReception dutiesAccounts payable/receivable/invoicingManaging client and supplier relationsAssembling data and preparing periodic and special reportsReviewing, evaluating and implementing new administrative proceduresCoordinating/managing the purchase and maintenance of office equipment/supplied, as well as ingredient inventory for food productionEstablishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followedParticipating in a few food safety-related activitiesMaintaining general office tidinessNecessary Experience, Skills & Education:A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar position is required.
