Classic day of the hedges trimmer:
– Meet up at 7h30 am close to the Cartier metro station. Departure to the first client.
– Make a plan with your team to be as effective as possible
– The trimming! Use electric or gas trimmer to give a perfect shape to the hedges. You also have to climb ladders to trim the top very straight. Many useful safety mesure will be teach to you. Listen to music or podcast all the time if you want to.
– 1 to 4 customers per day, traveling between jobs is always paid
– 30 minutes of paid lunch break whenever you want it
– End of the day between 3h30 pm and 5h pm

What we ask from you:
– Respect safety mesures. Nobody got hurt so far and we are very proud of that.
– Communicate with the team when you face a challenge.
– Use your physical strengh, but don’t exagerate. I won’t sleep good if you hurt yourself.
– Ponctuality of course.
– A positive attitude, because nobody want to feel depressed because of someone else.
The hedge trimmer needs to:
– Be in good physical form.
– Not be scared of heights ans ladders (12 feet)
– Being able to work in the summer heats.
– Being able to work without constant supervision.
