Preferably with experience of compliance and AML solutions.In this role you will be a “player manager” passionate about the service you provide the customers in your region, working closely with Regional Chief Operating Officer in a matrix structure.

Your home team is the Global Support function where you will play an active role in improving both regional and global support capabilities with a myopic focus on customer service.

Collaborate with other departments in the company to deliver positive customer outcomes Work with product management and development teams to channel client feedback & solutions into future releases Provide technical KB documentation for extremely complex workarounds/solutions.

Using your experience to improve key operational process Technical Qualifications Application Support expérience in a Linux environnent Hand-on experience in any Linux OS (e.G., Ubuntu, Red Hat preferably) Experience in Public Cloud (Microsoft Azure) Experience in Service Level Agreements/ Non-Functional Requirement Analysis Hands-on Experience in Technical authoring for technical documentation Nice to have Financial Services experience Experience in the Anti Money Laundering industry Good understanding of RESTful API Design, HTTP and Webhooks Experience in API Gateways, JSON, XML Experience with workflow mapping, (e.G.

Apache NiFi) Experience in Information Security, Encryption, SSL/TLS would be added advantage Soft Skills Excellent client communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to work with both client and internal teams to tight deadlines.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

You will typically be running multiple concurrent investigations and projects and must have the ability to context-switch and priorities effectively.
