Be part of it.We are looking for you: a dynamic, flexible, experienced and mature person with experience as an IT first-level support for a 6 months contract to join our IT team in Montreal.

Job Description Position summaryReporting to the IT Manager, you will provide first-level assistance and technical support (hardware and software).

To carry out your tasks, you will work closely with our software, hardware and production teams to solve current issues.Assist users in a digital environment; Manage support remotely, by phone and via Teamviewer; Install, repair, and support IT systems; Resolve and/or diagnose network incidents (Ping, tracert, Nslookup); Use incident tickets and inventory tracking tools (Helpscout, Service Now, GLPI); Document all technical interventions and update user and technician procedures; Install and setup IP phones and PBXs; Be comfortable working in a server environment.

Qualifications Technical Skills: Minimum 1-year professional experience in IT; Diploma DEP/AEC/DEC support in the field of IT; Administration and support of Windows 10; Office 365 and Microsoft Teams, G Suite; Vmware, vSphere.
