In thispositionyou willworkwiththeenduserandsystem integratorcommunity to provide technicalsoftwaresupport,includingtroubleshooting,problemanalysis,andprovidingsolutions.
ThispositionisahighlytechnicalpositiononAVEVA Wonderwaresoftwareproducts.WerecommendthatyouonlyapplyforthispositionifyouhaveexperienceonHMIasusedinIndustrialAutomation.ExperiencewithAVEVA Wonderwaresoftwarepackagesandsystemswouldofcoursebeagreatasset EssentialRequirementsandResponsibilities
·Providetechnicalsupportassistanceandcasesrelatedresearchoverthephone and/orviaemailtocustomersandusers oftheAVEVA WonderwareproductsandservicesofferedbyAVEVA
·ProvideformalorinformalinhouseandonsiteproducttrainingandapplicationconsultingforcustomersandusersoftheproductsandservicesofferedbyWonderwareCanadaEast
·Attendvendorproducttrainingtoachievecertificationlevelrequiredbythevendor fortheproductsandservicesofferedbyWonderwareCanadaEast.
·Understandvendorknowledgebase,productfeatures,licensingandgeneral applications,andsharenewinformationwithteammembers.
·Supportandperformestablishedpolicies,procedures,standardsandcontrol processestoassureresponsivesupport,trainingandconsultingcapabilities.
·AcquireandmaintainAVEVA Wonderwareand3rdpartycertificationsasneededtomaintainlevelofproductknowledgerequiredtoprovidetechnicalsupport
·Meetindividualandgroupperformancegoalsrelatedtotechnicalsupportandcustomertraining.
·Minimum4yrsofcollegeeducationoronthejobtrainingexperienceequivalency
·KnowledgeandunderstandingofindustrialHMI,SCADA,MESmarketsandsolutions.
·2+yearsofexperiencewithVisualBasic,C+,MicrosoftSQLServer,ASP.NETetc.
·Experienceinapositionwithsimilarresponsibilities.
·Accuracyofdataentry; AptitudefordetailGoodverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsareimperativesuchasExcel,Access,SQLServer,PowerPointwouldallbeadvisable.
·Mustbewillingtotravelonoccasion.
