Adecco is currently hiring for Accounts Payable Analyst in Laval, QC. This is a 3-month role that may lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides project coordination and support on assigned projects.
Participates in meetings with clients and task members and identifies additional follow up needs.
Provide general administrative support including monitoring calendar, setting up meetings, making travel and/or meeting arrangements, entering time and filing expense reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.

MUST HAVE
College/CEGEP Degree
0- 2 yrs experience in administration/project management
Bilingual (French/English) along with excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Advanced computer skills Windows Office (Excel advanced, Outlook Intermediate & Word Intermediate)
Able to learn new software quickly
Basic knowledge in project management

NICE TO HAVE
Diploma in Engineering or similar related experience
Basic knowledge in estimation
