He/she will play a key role in the acceleration of the digital transformation at Targray.

He/she will design and implement solutions that meet business requirements, fit into the Targray application ecosystem, and move us toward our future state.

The current roadmap includes the possible implementation and integration of multiple Dynamics 365 applications, for example Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and possibly migrating from Dynamics GP 2018 to Business Central, or Finance and Operations.The Enterprise Solution Architect will also be leading a new team, whose main role will be to leverage the Power Platform, or other related Microsoft application platforms, to extend these applications functionalities and to automate various business processes.ResponsibilitiesAct as a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform subject matter expert for transformational projects whose scope and impacts are major for the company.Analyze current state and define target state architecture by business unit and the Enterprise roadmap.Implement and develop a new Power Platform practice within the organization.Build and manage a growing, global team of Power Platform developers.Lead and/or participate in the collection of business requirements and stakeholders needs, as well as in the definition and estimation of projects.Translate business needs and requirements into functional and technical requirements.Define implementation, solution design and data integration strategies.Develop solutions that will evolve well and adapt to the Enterprise architecture.Evaluate and recommend third-party components.Document and map solutions, infrastructure, and functional processes.Carry out a constant technological watch on new Microsoft features and technologies.Support implementation through all phases: analysis, configuration, integration, development, training, testing, project management, change management.RequirementsYou hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.5 years of relevant experience.Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365.Knowledge of Azure cloud computing and hybrid integration (cloud and on-premises).Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written) with ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.Self-starter with ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities and tight deadlines.Strong team player with proven ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across functional areas and keep key stakeholders informed.Customer service-orientated approach, with the capability to work in agile environments and demonstrate flexibility in an evolving business landscape.Knowledge of Agile & DevOps delivery methods.Bilingual, French and English, oral and written.AssetsExperience in leading, coaching and developing people, both technically and professionally.Knowledge of systems integration and data architecture models and concepts.Knowledge of business integration patterns (service-oriented architecture, including the micro services approach).Business knowledge gained from projects related to the areas of OTC Trading & Sales, HR, Finance and Compliance, Risk Management, and electronic documents.Employment BenefitsBeautiful, spacious, and modern workplace environment.On-site gym facility reserved for employees.Flexible work arrangements policy.Generous company-wide profit-sharing plan.Medical and dental insurance.Private Emergency Healthcare for all employees.Retirement Savings Plan w/ employer matching.Subsidized healthy meal program with Executive Chef.Targray provides a highly competitive remuneration plan and an excellent working environment in a growing multinational firm focused on creating a more sustainable global economy.
