Be part of it.We are looking for you: a dynamic, flexible, experienced and mature person with experience as an IT first and second level service desk support to join our IT team in Montreal.Job DescriptionProvide service and support levels 1& 2 for the IT team of Dental WingsLevel 1Create and manage user accounts, access right, onboarding and offboarding; Support end-user requests, devices and peripherals locally and remotely; Build, troubleshoot endpoint devices, printers and other related devices; Manage VOIP portal; Support the team by escalating incidents to the next level.Level 2Manage inventory and purchasing IT equipment for Dental Wings employees in Montreal; Act as a leaderto analyze, document and improve IT procedures with the support of the IT manager; Create documentation related to installations, incidents, and procedures; Contribute to efforts in multi-platform configuration and automation workflows.
