Job Profile

The Inventory Control coordinator is responsible for overseeing inventory and information systems accuracy to improve communication of processes and collaboration between internal departments, with the aim of achieving the business objectives set forth by the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accuracy of physical inventory, as well as our internal systems (WMS)
  • Identifying opportunities for the improvement of inventory processes. Strengthens existing processes within teams affected to inventories.
  • Act as a resource person for questions relating to these processes.
  • Ensure the write-off of non-existing inventories or outdated materials where necessary.
  • Resolve inventory-related issues with key stakeholders.
  • Perform cyclical inventory counts in the warehouse and in the field to ensure that quantities in the systems match physical quantities.

Education & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
  • College degree (technical diploma in operations or inventory management) or equivalent work experience (may be considered a substitution)
  • Working knowledge of the fulfilment system, and proficiency with Microsoft Windows / MS Office Applications
  • Fluent in English and French – Oral and written.
  • Action-oriented and resourceful
