Our client is a leader in its field and offers more than 30 HVAC products throughout Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritimes. After more than 40 years, their team is growing, and they are looking to hire a Logistics Technician whose main task will be to plan and organize all receipts and deliveries for the company and its customers.

Tasks:

• Organize and track express deliveries that are delivered directly to the job site.
• Ensure documentation compliance.
• Work closely with the sales department to ensure that customer expectations are met.
• Plan LTL consolidation based on availability and urgency of orders.
• Optimize the network of partner carriers.
• Handle claims for damages caused during transport or handling.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Bilingualism in English and French is essential.
