Order Picker Team Leader

Our client is seeking 3 order picker team leaders.

Your main tasks:

• Train new workers by helping them for 2 days of training on the different handling techniques, the use of a scanner and to drive a pallet truck.
• Answer the order pickers’ questions regarding product quality, their placement and the optimization of the order preparation.
• Confirm the quality of the work done.
• Carry out any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in order picking or in order picker management.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse staff management (shipping, receiving, order preparation).
• Pallet truck or forklift driver license (an asset).

The ideal candidate will be:

• Bilingual, third language (an asset).
• Able to provide some physical effort.
• Responsible.
