Warehouse Team Leader (Picker)

Here are the main tasks:

  • Coordinate 3 to 5 employees.
  • Welcome and train new employees.
  • Carry out daily team meetings with the day’s action plan.
  • Carry out the continuous training of your team in terms of procedures to follow to ensure quality performance.
  • Frequently communicate with your foreman to optimize operations.
  • Know your KPI and constantly follow up with your team.
  • Maximize your team’s potential and help them grow in the company.
  • Answer employee inquiries regarding product quality, their placement and order picking optimization.
  • Validate the quality of work done and ensure compliance to standards in terms of goods.
  • Ensure a safe work environment.
  • Carry out any other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel management in a warehouse.
  • Good knowledge of computer tools.
  • Bilingualism, essential.

  • Be able to develop and maintain interpersonal relations.
