Live well.Reporting to the manager of brand content, the Coordinator will ensure the daily coordination of promotional and brand marketing projects and will actively contribute to the success of marketing activity in the Franchise division.

The coordinator will be responsible for the production and delivery of marketing initiatives across the different banners and for various digital and traditional platforms.What You’ll Do Coordinate the production of activities related to marketing content follow-up on briefings and production, validate the accuracy of graphic standards, ensure delivery, etc.; Follow up onthe planning of magazine ads, from initial briefing through to delivery, according to established standards; Follow up onthe internal and external approvals of all content that he/she is responsible for; Assist the Supplier Relations Specialist with the planning of brand content that is to be updated and produced for our various platforms; Act as the contact person for suppliers in order to obtain material as required: printed media (magazines), stores (TV/seasonal videos), digital media (inspirational photos) and web and social platforms (brand pages); Ensure promotional radio scripts are written and approved; Participate in the creation and delivery of content for in-store TVs and ensure the material created is approved; Contribute to the continuous improvement of content; Coordinate the collection of samples needed for lifestyle photo shoots by collaborating with the Stylist Coordinator; Participate in various team meetings and participate actively according to his/her field of expertise.
