We will provide a competitive base salary with bonus and car allowance.Job SummaryReporting to the VP of Sales, the Territory Sales Representative will provide brand and sales coverage across their territory.

The successful candidate will focus primarily on convenience, gas, dispensaries and vape stores, and will be responsible for managing sales activities, building customer relationships and engaging in community events in the territory.

Duties will resume as normal once the situation has come to a close.Responsibilities And DutiesSelling and Influencing:Manage all accounts in their assigned territory and establish the brands ReCreation represents as a first-choice partner with customersCreate brand awareness within regulationSeek new opportunities to increase brand exposure and volumeIdentify new distribution opportunities and build partnerships that maximize profitable share and volume through distribution, visibility and serviceExecute marketing initiatives and leverage them into consumer loyalty and salesEffectively manage their given territory, maintain a CRM database on daily customer/prospect interactions and targets to coordinate with business goals.Effectively lead industry and brand education sessions with key stakeholdersSecure shelf space within dispensaries and other customersAchieve KPI targets on:Volume and ShareIn-store conditionDistributionProduct placementProduct quality standardsCompliance to approved outlet route plans and call frequency requirements Relationship Management:Build and develop relationships with managers and staff at each assigned retail locationFind unique opportunities to promote ReCreation’s portfolio of brands within the confines of the regulationsPlanning/Self-Management:Execute territory annual plan and commitmentsManage own time including building effective weekly/monthly schedulesMaintain and accurately track annual sales and consumer budgets on timeEffectively manage a budget to drive volume and share growth within acceptable trade practices, according to brand strategy and merchandising guidelinesMonitor and manage sales expenses within the allotted budgetGenerate new sales leads, event leads and sponsorship opportunitiesExecute all programs within established guidelinesCollaborate with the VP Sales in planning sales activities and setting sales goals for assigned districtsQualifications and Skills:3+ years’ experience in Sales, Account Management, Category Management or Trade MarketingProven track record in achieving sales quotes and KPI’s in-storePrevious success in growing brand awareness, within a given territoryPrevious experience in beverage, alcohol, tobacco or related industries is an assetExperience with PowerPoint and Excel is an assetEntrepreneurial spiritClean drivers abstractClean criminal recordMust be BilingualBenefits and PerksSalary, plus CommissionHealth CoverageCar AllowanceHome Office AllowancePowered by JazzHRD0Vsvk1hkW
