Automotive Electrical Technician-Installer

The position as Automotive Electrical Technician-Installer allows you to take part in different projects that promote green technologies to certify eco-responsible service cars. And you, you want a change?

Whether it is for the lights of a cross-ambulance on the highway or the ladder of the telecommunications technician at your neighbour’s, chances are that it is our client who took part in these vehicle development projects. In fact, they have been specializing in the development and installation of specialized equipment for multi-sector commercial vehicles for 30 years now. Located in Laval, our client is looking for a new member to add to their team for their automotive electrical services business.

Tasks:

• You assemble each vehicle that needs your skilled hands.
• You install a variety of automotive equipment: current converters, battery chargers and signal lights.
• You perform the necessary manipulations for AC/DC cabling.
• Depending on the needs of the team and the client, you complete all other related tasks.

Requirements:

• You know the basics of electricity: a black wire does not go with a white wire.
• You have already worked in a similar position as a remote starter, alarm or telecommunications installer.
• You are fluent in French. If that’s the case for English, that’s an asset!
