This position will be based out of our Laval, QC service facility.

Position OverviewThe primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for overseeing client and customer needs.

It’s where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potential—and where you can help us reach ours.In This Function You WillManages employee schedule.Acts as liaison between clients and company.Answers client and customer questions.Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints.Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.Maintain reports for company operations and financials.Meets with clients in person for kick-off meetings or project issues.Deliver technical solutions to customers.Manages Order entry, project budgets and timelines.Manages material purchasing and scheduling for projects.Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needsMaintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer baseExpand the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in servicesAnswer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the officePerform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values, as well as Safety and Environmental standards.When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger.QualificationsRequired (Basic) Qualifications: Post-secondary degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.Minimum three (3) years of experience evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systems.Experience in evaluating and servicing electrical distribution and control systems preferred.Experience in project management and scheduling.Must live within 80 km of the facility.Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

Preferred QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications.Knowledge and practice of safety precautions related to working with electrical and electronic equipment.Understanding of the company’s and competitor’s electrical, electronic and mechanical products.Project Management experience or academic training (PMP) Position CriteriaDemonstrated ability to provide service and represent company interests in developing customer relationships to assure long-term customer satisfactionEffective time management, prioritization and project management skills.Strong analytical aptitude and complex problem-solving skills.Please be advised that as part of this position, you will be subject to Eaton’s Drug and Alcohol Policy, a copy of which is available for your review.
