Hiring Manager: Benoit Delisle

Workplace: Anjou (7101 Jean-Talon St. East)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to users (brokers/employees) regarding issues or questions related to computer systems.
• Record all requests to document the steps leading to the resolution of incidents.
• Intervene in critical situations in case of system failure.
• Assign appropriate technical resources to respond specifically to various situations according to existing escalation schemes.
• Ensure user identity management and integrity by following the procedures in place to secure the use of computer systems.
• Help develop user documentation in conjunction with the company’s different support departments.

• Computer science degree
• Must be bilingual
• Advanced knowledge of PC environments and centralized systems
• Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Lotus Notes, LAN/WAN
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Customer focus
• Team spirit
• Analytical mind
• Action oriented
