We are Google, Facebook, and Amazon premium partners, always seeking the best strategy for our clients.Amongst Labelium’s 400+ customers, we count leading companies such as LVMH, L’Oréal, David’s Tea, Lexmark, Rudsak, Dior, Asmodee, La Cordée.Labelium is looking for a Client Lead to reinforce its team in Montreal and be in charge of a major account portfolio.Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:Financial PlanningOversee the daily/monthly spends for multiple clients to ensure each campaign meet the desired performance metricsCreate forecasts for our clientTeam ManagementEnsure ownership and responsibility for projects for all members of the teamTeam members training programDay-to-day Accountable for team efficiency and level of serviceClient RelationshipMaster client communication for in-person meetings, weekly calls, and QBR presentations with clientsBeing able to create a 360 Strategy (with a focus on Paid Media) and present it to the client with the teamKeep Client’s informed of the status of projects and handling their request promptlyParticipate in meetings with an account manager to review performance, discuss common problems, and develop improvement plans and measurementBe the go-to person for the client and the Agency ambassadorCampaign ManagementEnsure execution excellence in delivery to Clients.Enforce & supervise complianceApprove the quality & security guidesQA all campaignsCollaborate with experts in the different subjectsRequired skills and abilities will include but will not be limited to:Strong communication skills, verbal and written (French is a mush have)Strong interpersonal skillsStrong experience in client managementStrong organizational planning and project management skillsDesired attributes and core valuesStrong collaboratorSkilled at working cross-functionallyStrong understanding of digital marketing ecosystemThe Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualifications:8+ years of performance media experience (agency/client)3 years experience managing a teamFluent in English & French (written and spoken)Strong experience with large corporations and international companiesIn-depth knowledge of digital media landscapeExperience with Paid Search, Social campaigns(Amazon Ads is a plus)Experience with Google Analytics, Core Metrics, and other analytics platforms (certifications).Strong computer skills: Advanced MS Excel (databases, pivot tables, tables, graphs, reports), PowerPoint & MS WordAbilityto manage multiple projects at one time.Analytical mindsetThe following qualities will be critical in our selection process:Natural team leader with a strong desire to help his/her team grow professionally.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, time management skills, reliable, highly organized, autonomous, resourceful, and proactive.Ability to prioritize under pressure in a very fast-paced environment, exhibits patience from highly demanding clients.Willingness to learn, positive attitude, flexible, team playerStrong sense of humor!Join us to work in a fun, fast, and innovative work environment!
