This is a Full-time position in Laval, QC posted November 6, 2019.

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.

SERVICE DESK CUSTOMER SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE We are currently seeking a dynamic, proactive, and fully bilingual Customer Success Representative to join our Service team of passionate professionals.

The candidate must have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service and coordination.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the ideal candidate has experience in Customer Service and Service Desk Coordination.

A candidate with a Telecom background would be a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES Bilingual (strong knowledge of French and English, both written and verbal); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Extensive knowledge of common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); Ability to Work Under Pressure Adaptability / Willingness to learn Flexible and a team player; Organizational Skills / Multitasking / Prioritizing/ Dependability Attention to Detail / Listening Skills Documentation Skills Monitor ALL calls Dispatch, schedule and assign technical resources to ALL service orders Call Customers to schedule appointments for service interventions Contact Customer with all changes to expectations Monitor Level 1, 2 and 3 service orders and ensure customer SLAs are met or anticipated delays are proactively communicated to the customer Monitor “Stock Received” status and schedule technical resources accordingly and update Customers with any back-order situations Monitor time logs on open service orders and flag issues to supervisor Generate various reports requested by Management, along with other clerical / administrative tasks Any additional responsibilities as they arise.
