Emovi: Executive Assistant, Sales And Costumer Service


This is a Full-time position in Laval, QC posted July 24, 2021.

Position Summary:Emovi is looking for an experienced, energetic, and creative Executive Assistant to work with all levels of management in fast-paced business environments, both internally and externally in support of our Director of Training and Chief Executive Officer.

This Laval, QC, Canada based role will require you to perform complex administrative duties as well as specific project coordination in support of the sales and operations (implementation) organization.Responsibilities will include:Prepare presentation materials for meetings/visits, prepare quotes and agreements and execute assigned follow-up activities with the Sales Staff.

Maintain calendars, arrange, and prioritize appointments.Act as primary contact/liaison to employees and external contacts to process sales, from account opening up to delivery and support after sales, including preparing QA Forms.Review and prioritize daily email, addressing and handling issues as may be appropriate.Researching data for review and presentationPreparing, reports, memos, and other documentsReceive and dispatch customer support demands and responses including reporting to QAExecute business development activitiesRequirements:The successful candidate should be recognized as a true team-player, confident, resourceful, and extremely organized with the natural ability to “get things done.” Expert understanding of the Emovi sales and implementation organizational structures.

Coordinate weekly/monthly cross functional and project-based meetings, ensuring agenda is complete and action items are collected and distributed for follow up.Ability to interact with executive level administrators.Skills:Exceptional organizational and written/oral communication skills.Perfect English and French (oral and written)Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively across departments and all levels of the organization.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects while working independently.Strong attention to detail, ability to follow up on multiple tasks, and link disparate elementsAbility to maintain a high regard for corporate ethics and operationsCapacity to take initiative and creatively solve problems proactively.Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint and comfort with the management platform Monday and teleconference and virtual meeting technology.At least 5 years of experience in providing support at the Executive level as well as project coordination experience.
