We are looking for empathetic, friendly and dynamic representatives who understand the everyday life of small companies, know how to serve and advise them on investments in communication solutions.

On a day-to-day basis, a business sales representative promotes products and services supported by Canadas largest communication company.

What is expected from our Business sales representatives: Respond to different requests and initiate outbound calls from business customers to discuss the products used and present new solutions; Conduct analysis of a company”s communication needs; Promote the technological solutions required for business customers including: IP access, Internet services, E-Commerce, Web hosting, Desk top Security etc.; Preserveand expand the ongoing business relationship between the client and the company Whats required to join the team: Bilingual (oral and written); High school diploma or equivalent; Understands the sales cycle and able to demonstrate past successes (business market experience is an important asset); Knowledge of the environment and the challenges associated with small and medium-sized businesses; Ability to quickly connect and interact with people; Can multi-task on calls (think, talk and type information) Available for the following periods: Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pmSaturday from 9am to 5pm and Sunday from 11am to 4pm What we offer: An opportunity to develop your sales expertise in the context of the business market; Teaming up with people who are competitive and motivated by success; A chance to increase your professional network; Competitive base salary $18,25 per hour (includes a $3,25 premium on worked hours); Performance based incentive; Bilingualism premium of $1/worked hour and weekend premium Fully paid professional training and support to help you reach your potential.
