You too can join the Agropur family!The Project Manager Business Technologies plans, organizes, supervises, and directs assigned projects and ensures their success in terms of scope, costs, deadlines, and quality of deliverables.

He/she also participates in the planning and control of the IT project portfolio, is responsible for the implementation of project management approaches and methodologies, and interacts with other business technology teams and with users to achieve objectives.The position’s main duties are to:* Supervise and ensure the success of assigned projects of various degrees of complexity by closely monitoring all project phases and taking the necessary action to keep the project on track in terms of scope, budget, deadline, and quality requirements* Prepare deliverables related to project management methodology (project charter and status, project plan, budget planning, RACI, meeting minutes, project closure, etc.)* Proactively manage issues and risks and implement change-management and escalation-for-decision processes* Obtain the required resources for assigned projects (budget approvals, human resources, procurement, etc.)* Perform complex work in a team environment with broad flexibility and limited supervision while working largely independently to meet team, project, and schedule needs* Track and monitor project progress against the project management plan, requirements, quality metrics, standard processes, and milestones* Effectively manage and maintain communications with key stakeholders, the project team, all contributors, and management committees at different levels throughout the project* Turn around projects that are having trouble and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and make the necessary adjustments* Play a leading role within the function by mentoring and guiding less experienced project managers* Develop and implement new processes for project forecasting, tracking, and result measurement* Participate in the budget planning process (business analysis, project rationale)* Carry out special assignmentsDesired profile:* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field* Minimum 5 years of experience in managing all phases of projects of varying degrees of complexity* PMP certification (an asset)* Experience using PlanView (an asset)* Bilingualism essential (French and English)
