They work closely with both their clients and customers ensuring key performance indicators and objectives are achieved.

They are the primary contact managing all relationships for the account both internally and externally.

This position is typically responsible for smaller retailers / wholesalers with dollar sales less than $5,000,000 and less complexity than larger accounts.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop / Plan / Present and Execute annual Business Plans to deliver both client and customer sales objectives.

Deliver these through the sales controllables of Merchandising, Assortment, Promotion and Pricing.

Establish and Maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally for all aspects of Account Management of their accounts Sales Analysis/Insights review business results both internally and externally to ensure plans are being met and course correct were required Volume Forecasting achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly volume forecasts Trade Spend Management ensure sales are achieved through efficient use of promotional spending within client guidelines.

Deduction management and ensure targets are achieved.

Administration / ARTS ensure all paperwork is completed timely, preparing for customer / client meetings, resolve supply chain / pricing issues, priority communication to our retail team Qualifications: Post-secondary education (diploma), undergraduate degree preferred.

3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmacy and/or grocery account management.
