This is a Full-time position in Laval, QC posted July 16, 2021.

Office Manager you will be reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, acting as a key person for all administrative tasks.

You will be responsible for supporting the team both in the office and those working remotely from Canada, USA and abroad with daily office operations tasks.

You will be the go-to person for a diverse group of duties relating to inputting expense reports, booking meetings, timesheets, managing the benefits plan, ordering lunches, handling invoices, or other general admin responsibilities.What You’ll Be Doing Acting as a key person for all administrative related tasks Performing general administrative assistant duties (phone, filing, maintenance of various databases, etc.) Completing expense reports and enter company invoices Welcoming business partners, interviewees, and guests Managing some vendor relations Ordering lunches and make reservations as needed.

Creating PowerPoint Presentations Ordering gift baskets, flowers, and client gifts Organizing office meetings Organizing corporate events Assisting with travel reservations Managing the timesheets and benefits programs with vendors Must HavesWhat you’ll need to be successful: 3 years in experience in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Proficient in Google documents (Presentation, Document, Spreadsheet) Computer and smartphone savvy Highly organized with an acute attention to detail Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills Able to problem solve Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced, demanding environment.

Professional verbal and written skills in English and French.

Able to easily communicate in both English and French Nice To Haves Minimum of a DEC or AEC.

Professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion are absolute musts.
