Store assistant manager

This is a Contract position in Laval, QC posted July 24, 2022.

Here are the responsibilities that awaits you :

  • Through a sustained and constant presence in the store, the assistant manager validates that the service offered to each of his customers is a remarkable shopping experience
  • Supports and manages the store in close collaboration with the manager while having the necessary autonomy to face the situations that arise
  • Advises customers and sells household appliances and related products (maintenance products, extended warranties) according to Corbeil standards
  • He is recognized as an excellent communicator and possessing positive leadership in his work environment
  • Participates as a facilitator in monthly, weekly and daily meetings with the manager and advisers. In the absence of the director, prepare and present the morning meeting
  • Has strong coaching skills to develop the potential of sales consultants. He participates and follows up on the monthly evaluations of the advisers
  • Constantly follow up with each of the advisors: analyze and evaluate the performance of each and the entire store, in collaboration with the manager. It recommends and establishes a clear action plan

You have the following skills to meet the challenge:

  • 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Bilingual (French / English) – professional language
  • Knowledge of the computer system (an asset)
  • Recognition of the importance of the training and experience required
