Position Overview:The Inside Sales Development Manager will be involved in all aspects of sales development and be the strategic internal resource/liaison for Vice President of Sales and Directors of Business Development.

Coordinates the development of Trux strategic direction/planning to ensure both corporate strategies business plans are followed with continued growth.

Assist in the development of annual sales plans, quotas, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and monthly measurements.The Inside Sales Development Manager will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and continuous improvement of sales policies, procedures, and processes.

They will be the internal sales liaison and key contact person for all other departments and cross-functional teams.Duties and Responsibility:
· Coordinates the development of Trux strategic direction/planning for Strategic accounts to ensure both corporate strategies/business plans are followed with continued growth.
· In conjunction with Vice President of Sales, develop and analyze key sales statistical data and incorporating into sales plans and strategies.
· Assist Vice President of Sales & Directors of Business Development in forecasting and planning data.
· Lead coordination efforts for training of all sales staff in the product market and competitor areas of sales training, product training, competitor analysis.
· Assist in the development, control and monthly reporting of all sales expenses, samples, incentive programs and travel budgets.
· Manage and maintain new product launch plan and coordinate sales and customer training with marketing.
· Tracking and reporting overall effectiveness of promotions, specials, etc.
· Oversee/coordinate the receipt and report of competitive market information.
· Maintains detailed and current records of all customer contacts, meetings and plans using current CRM.
· Manage and maintain key sales KPI matrices.
· Manage all buying group contracts and rebates.
· Internal sales liaison to all departments and participate in cross-function teams as needed.
· Responsible for coordination of all sales training modules.
· Some travel within Canada and United States required.
· Execute special projects as required.Qualifications:
· University degree preferred.
· Strong analytical skills and previous experience in pricing
· Three-five years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

Experience within the heavy-duty commercial vehicle transportation industry a plus.
· Strong background using Microsoft Office Suite and SAP proficiency and Cognos experience a plus.***HEAVY DUTY AND AUTOMOTIVE IS A MUST***
